Is there any help on the following question plz, cannot find any information!?
(a) In the context of magnetic tape recording analog audio – (i) What is meant by a sign of polarization? Why is it necessary? (II) What is meant by the azimuth and zenith configuration on a recorder? Why are the important values (b) Describe the techniques that made possible the recording of video tapes. (c) If a Teletext service analog TV broadcasts over 12 lines per field in court on the ground, how long it takes to transmit 8 journals, each one of 50 pages (24 lines of 40 characters?)
(i) What is meant by a polarization signal? Why is it necessary? The signal Polarization is a high frequency signal added audio to record. which is usually around 30 kHz, well above the audio band. Why is necessary? Because the magnetization of the magnetic medium is a nonlinear process (see magnetic hysteresis) and the addition of the polarization signal allows the linear process. Azimuth is the "tilt" of the magnetic head gap. Unless the gap of the head has the same azimuth as that used to record the signal, there is a loss of high frequencies. Zenith is the horizontal head rotation. If the height is wrong with the tape is not in perfect contact with the head, but the peak is not as critical as azimuth. The main technique that made possible the video recording was the invention of the scanning head, which moves the recording head on the tape, enabling the head to move over the tape at a speed much greater than the linear tape speed.
